I. The Diversion of Increase
At-Takathur (The Competition in Increase) represents the Tumorigenesis / Hyper-Proliferation Protocol. Biologically, "Competition in Increase" (Takathur) is the hallmark of **Cancer**—where a group of cells forgets the systemic harmony and competes for resource dominance until they reach "The Graves" (The Death of the Organism). It is the logic of distraction—where the 'Pleasures' of accumulation divert the cells from their true function. Biologically, this is the warning against **Loss of Contact Inhibition**.
أَلْهَاكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَ
"Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you until you visit the graveyards."
(102:1-2)
The "Increase" (Takathur) is the **Uncontrolled Cell Division**.
Biologically, the "Graves" (Maqabir) are the **Non-Functional Masses**. This
protocol ensures the temple recognizes that "Then you will surely see Hell-fire" (Systemic Devastation) if
the 'Increase' is not checked by the 'Evidence' of true systemic need.
