I. The Sun and Its Radiance
Ash-Shams (The Sun) represents the Mitochondrial Energy Source. Biologically, the "Sun" is the ATP-production engine—the radiance that powers the entire temple. It is the logic of purification—where the "Soul" (the cellular state) is either "Succeeded" by purification (Optimal Metabolism) or "Failed" by corruption (Metabolic Toxicity). To follow the 'Shams' is to ensure the temple's internal light is never extinguished by the 'Shadow' of waste.
وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا
"By the sun and its brightness, and [by] the moon when it follows it..." (91:1-2)
The "Sun" (Shams) is the **ATP/Energy Production**. The "Moon" (Qamar) that follows it is the **ATP-Utilization/ADP Recycle**. Biologically,
this protocol is the system's move into the **Purified State** (Zakkaha), ensuring the temple's energetic
output remains 'Bright' and free from the 'Corruption' of oxidative stress.
