I. The Perishing of the Hands
Al-Masad (The Palm Fiber) represents the Pathological Protein Accumulation Protocol. Biologically, the "Twisted Fiber" (Masad) around the neck is the **Amyloid Plaque or Tau Tangle** that strangles neural and systemic function. It is the logic of perishing—where the "Hands of Abu Lahab" (The active agents of metabolic 'Flame' or heat-damage) perish because they have generated a 'Fire' that consumes them.
