I. The End of Confusion
Al-Bayyinah (The Clear Evidence) represents the Molecular Specificity Protocol. Biologically, this is the "Clear Proof"—the Messenger (Ligand) that comes with "Pure Pages" (High-affinity binding sites). It is the logic of discernment—where the 'Confused' are those signals that lack specificity. لَمْ يَكُنِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ مُنفَكِّينَ حَتَّىٰ
تَأْتِيَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُ
"Those who disbelieved... were not to be parted [from error] until there came to them
